About Cynthia Joffrion
Cynthia has 23 years of progressively responsible experience in education
that has encompassed all aspects of school system instructional management,
funding acquisition and foundation management. Positions held include Teacher,
Instructional Coordinator, Assistant Superintendent and State Instructional
Technology Director. Throughout her career, she has attempted to stay
well-rounded combining academic excellence with leadership and work experience.
Cynthia has been successful in helping schools and non-profit organizations
acquire over $26 million in funding over the past 3 years. In addition to grant
consultant work, she has authored numerous journal articles on funding
acquisition for schools, utilizing distance education instruction, funding
school district technology initiatives, and grants for universities. Cynthia has
lectured at over 100 conferences/workshops (local, state and national) on a
variety of topics ranging from instructional technology education issues,
grantwriting and grant management techniques.
